How do I return a product to Living Free Home?
30 Day Return Policy
Product returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. In order to return a product you must request an RMA by calling 1-888-545-4846.
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If it is defective, notify us immediately at 1-888-545-4846 and we will replace it as soon as possible and pay the shipping costs to and from your location.
All approved returns will have a 15% restocking fee. All approved returns must be in new condition, in the original packaging and with all of the paper documentation. Certain products are not returnable. Customer is responsible for return shipping and in some cases may be responsible for both way shipping. Items returned without an RMA number will be returned to you.
Non-Returnable Products: Bath and hygienic products are not returnable. Certain special order items are not returnable.
We will credit your purchase, less shipping and the restocking fee (if applicable) once the product is received and it is in like new condition. If you paid by check you will receive a refund check within 2 weeks of receiving the return.

Order Cancellations
If you have placed an order with us and need to cancel it, please contact us immediately at 1-888-545-4846. We will make every attempt to stop your order from shipping; however we cannot guarantee that it hasn’t shipped. If it has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to you and the return to us. This will be considered a return and treated accordingly.
Custom orders – Custom or special orders are not returnable
Damaged products
When you receive your product you should first open and inspect the contents for damages. If you receive a product and discover a missing part, damaged part or incorrect part, contact us as soon as possible so we can get you up and running. Products should be inspected within 10 days of receipt. We are committed to getting you up-and-running.
Please - Do not refuse a parcel w/o contacting us first.
Never refuse a product without contacting us first. Any order refused will have a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges. You must have a RMA to return a product. Returns without RMAs cannot be processed and may be refused since you do not know where to send it without an RMA.
